REFUNDS

All sales are final, and no refund will be issued. 

Custom-printed icing images are non-refundable; however, refunds can be given on a case-by-case basis if the item arrives damaged or is not delivered by a third-party mail delivery service. In such cases, the purchaser must contact Icing Artwork and ship the item back to Icing Artwork at the expense of the purchaser.
