WHAT ARE ICING SHEETS?

Icing Sheets also referred to as frosting sheets or icing paper are a type of edible paper made with an actual layer of icing that bonds with the icing on your frosted desserts with a light vanilla flavour. Images printed on icing sheets are clearer than on wafer paper.

WHAT IS WAFER PAPER?

Wafer paper or rice paper, is a delicate and translucent edible paper used in cake decorating and often used for creating 3D accents that stand-off a cake. Wafer paper generally has a flavorless taste. Images on wafer sheets are not as sharp as when printed on icing sheets.
